I like the autoflower for quick and easy, the roots grow so fast filling up the root chambers in my system, then gets very crowded. With the auto flower, it lessens the growing time by a couple months making things a little more manageable.
These roots grow to such a mass they fill the chamber fast
Not to mention light leaks during the dark periods is a non issue. The down side without a long vegging period, pretty much rules out any real training
