I don’t know for sure but the seedling had some brown spots, and what looked like some kind of mildew or something, anyway I pulled the plug. Tha seeds are a few years old that could certainly be the problem. With the outside temperatures at 1° lately it’s not so good for my grow cabinet anyway, with the back wall an outside wall, trying to keep the temperature at 75° is a challenge. I may order some seeds and start again later in the year. First time I have had this happen.
